1. Dependability - show up, be on time, work diligently, be trustworthy
2. A learning posture - be teachable, be curious, be committed to personal growth and change
3. Average physical condition - very average is fine

Five Elements of the Summer Job Project - At a Glance:

Job : Practice stellar work habits and attitudes in your summer job. 40 hrs/week, M-F, $9-$12/hr.

Discipleship : Experience holistic discipleship (group + mentor). 3 evenings/week for Bible study, teaching, interaction.

Community : Learn to love and serve through community living. Live together in the Chi Alpha House.

Message : Speak and live Christ's message authentically: To co-workers, new friends, and through service projects.

Mountains : Discover Christ and yourself in mountain adventures. Hike, backpack, bike the mountains and learn outdoor skills.
