Tools reproduces disciplers equipped to work in the university, the marketplace, the church, and in missions.

How can the work of disciple-making be reproduced? In other words, how can you equip your mentee to effectively mentor others in the marketplace, the church, and in missions?

You should mentor with the goal of producing a mentor. As you see that your mentee is ready to teach another teachable person what he is learning, he already has the Tools to be successful.

When your friend leaves the mentoring relationship with you, he has the Tools to mentor others or lead a small group study. All the lessons he has learned are not only notes in a file cabinet (if he’s organized) or in various notebooks somewhere. The lessons are ready to use to invest in someone else.

You have developed someone with character and skills that reflect thorough and deliberate mentoring. Plus, he knows how to use the Tools effectively in the mentoring opportunities he will encounter. He is able to reproduce what was invested in him as he mentors the teachable all of his life.
